Billboards to run in Green Bay, Milwaukee ahead of Democrat debate
[Madison, WI] — The Republican Party of Wisconsin is launching billboards today ahead of Thursday’s Democrat gubernatorial primary debate, highlighting Tony Evers’ attempts to cover up his inaction at the Department of Public Instruction that left children in danger. Evers faced criticism at the outset of his campaign for allowing a porn-watching teacher to remain in the classroom. Last week, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel revealed that Evers covered up his inaction in other cases weeks after facing criticism – with the Department of Public Instruction revoking 12 teachers licenses in September of 2017, while previously averaging only one revocation per month during Evers’ tenure.
See an example of the billboard here or see the billboards physically in:
  • Green Bay – along Highway 172 where it crosses over Broadway.
  • Milwaukee – at the intersection of Oakland and North Avenues.
The billboards begin their run today, and will run through the Democrats’ debate in Milwaukee on Thursday evening.
