Three Dems are headed for an April 2 primary after filing nomination papers by the deadline to run for the open 64th AD. Tip McGuire, a Milwaukee County assistant DA; Gina Walkington, a community organizer; and Spencer Zimmerman, a perennial candidate who lives outside the Kenosha-area district, all filed nomination papers by Tuesday’s deadline. Meanwhile, Republican Mark Stalker, who said he spent 30 years working for paint companies in various sales positions, is the only other candidate to file nomination papers.
