Dem field outpaces Trump in Wisconsin donations

Democrats collectively outraised President Trump in Wisconsin for the second quarter in a row, according to a WisPolitics.com study of FEC October filing reports. But Trump still more than doubled any other candidate’s Q3 receipts. He ended September with $436,026 raised in the state. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders came in a distant second with $142,056. Massachusets Sen. Elizabeth Warren finished the quarter with a $122,228 haul, and as the only other candidate to raise over $50,000. Ousted DATCP secretary Pfaff takes job as DOA director

Gov. Tony Evers has hired Brad Pfaff as DOA’s director of Business and Rural Development with a slight pay cut compared to his old job as DATCP secretary. In the new role, Pfaff will advocate for Wisconsin small businesses and rural communities, according to an announcement from DOA Secretary Joel Brennan.
