Evers’ budget to use estimated $320M from expanding Medicaid to boost Wisconsinites’ ‘health and wellbeing’

Gov. Tony Evers’ today pledged to use the $320 million in state money he expects to save by expanding Medicaid “to improve the health and wellbeing of all Wisconsinites.”
And he called for the state to contract with foreign manufacturers to import generic prescription drugs into Wisconsin and eliminate the waiting list for a program that serves children with disabilities.
