Gov. Tony Evers today announced his capital budget will include $109 million to help UW-Eau Claire replace a 56-year-old science building.
In making the announcement, Evers said the project would be a collaboration with Mayo Clinic, allowing its researchers to work alongside students and staff. He also hoped it would help the state recruit physicians and researchers.
