-- Gov. Tony Evers this morning will sign a bill into law that'll allow people with disabilities preventing them from stating their name and address to instead present their ID card in order to vote.
Current law requires Wisconsinites to verbally state their name and address before being allowed to vote, with the exception of domestic abuse, sexual assault and stalking victims.
