| MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers announced today that he is seeking applicants for appointment as register of deeds in Milwaukee County.
The appointment will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of John La Fave, effective April 12, 2019. The new register of deeds will complete a term ending January 4, 2021. If you are interested in applying for the position, please submit an online application. The application can be found on Gov.
