GREEN BAY, WI – Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin has moved its office to the Broadway District and will be hosting a ribbon cutting on Monday, April 15 at 4:30 p.m.

The ribbon cutting will include remarks from Mayor James Schmitt; Mayor-elect Eric Genrich; Brian Johnson, executive director, On Broadway, Inc.; and Katie Hess, executive director, Big Brothers Big Sisters. The public is invited to attend.

“After more than two years of planning, Big Brothers Big Sisters is excited to finally be downtown on Broadway in the Rail Yard Innovation District,” said Katie Hess, executive director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin. “The new facility will help support growth of our vital mentoring programs by allowing us a space to expand our team. Being downtown will help attract and retain talent as well as volunteers of all ages to defend the potential of youth in our community.”

“Big Brothers Big Sisters is a world-class organization that heightens the profile of the Broadway District,” said Brian Johnson, executive director, On Broadway, Inc. “As we continue to work on the density of workers in the district, the organization brings a staff and cadre of volunteers that contributes to the overall vibrancy of our neighborhood.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin is located in the Rail Yard Innovation District, 520 N Broadway Suite 220.
