MADISON- Representative Timothy Ramthun (R-Campbellsport) issued the following statement in response to being selected as a member of the Speaker’s Task Force on Water Quality:
“I am blessed, honored, and humbled with my selection as a member of the Speaker’s Task Force on Water Quality. I wish to specifically thank Speaker Vos for his consideration of me for this most important, statewide imitative,” Rep. Ramthun stated. “Every Wisconsinite, no matter where they live, deserves access to clean and safe drinking water.”
“The importance of this issue surpasses party and ideological lines. This is not a Republican or Democrat issue, it’s a Wisconsin issue,” the Representative added. “I look to be impactful in all execution of tasks associated with this role. I anticipate working well with all my fellow colleagues on this task force and am confident we will meet and exceed the expectations of our mission.”
