Madison…Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) released the following statement after U.S. District Judge James Peterson dropped the Democratic Party’s case over the laws passed in extraordinary session late last year.
“Democrats will spare no expense trying to get their political agenda through the courts. It’s estimated this frivolous lawsuit in federal court cost taxpayers $250,000.
“Republicans will continue to defend these duly passed laws.”
