Madison, WI…Today Representative Shannon Zimmerman (R-River Falls) issued the following state regarding Governor Evers State of the State address:
“Tonight Governor Evers outlined his priorities for the next 12 months and foreshadowed his upcoming budget address. We share many of the same values but at the same time, we will not regress, we will not lose an inch of progress we have made over the last eight years. Together, we can continue Wisconsin’s record unemployment and worker participation, we can implement the reform dividend to continue historic funding in education and transportation, lower property taxes and tax cuts for the middle class. Wisconsin will live up to its motto, Forward.”
Shannon Zimmerman represents the 30th Assembly District which includes parts of St. Croix and Pierce Counties.
