Senator Van Wanggaard was sworn into the State Senate representing the 21st District for the third time today. He is the first 3-term senator to represent the 21st District since Joe Strohl served between 1979-1991. Wanggaard used the occasion to release the following statement:
“I am consistently humbled by the honor of representing the voters of Racine and Kenosha
counties in the State Senate. Regardless of who the Governor is, my priorities remain the same as when I was first elected. I seek to grow our economy, lower the tax burden, keep our communities safe and protect the vulnerable among us. I hope that Governor Evers will share those goals, as that is what the voters of the 21st District have said they want.”
