Shilling mum on Evers’ plan to nix minimum markup on gas

Senate Minority Leader Jennifer Shilling isn’t saying whether she supports Gov. Tony Evers’ proposal to eliminate the minimum markup on gas.
The La Crosse Dem, who spoke at the Wisconsin AFL-CIO Building Trades Conference in Madison this morning following Evers, told reporters afterward that the guv’s road funding plan amounts to “a starting point for many of our colleagues.”
