(Madison)…Representative Dave Murphy (R-Greenville) took the oath of office on Monday and began his fourth term as a member of the 104th Wisconsin State Legislature.
“I am honored and humbled that the citizens of the 56th district have elected me to again be their voice in Madison,” Murphy stated.
Murphy will again chair the Assembly Committee on Colleges and Universities. He is also a member of the committees on Financial Institutions, Health, Housing and Real Estate, Workforce Development, Transportation, and Campaigns and Elections. “I look forward to working with my colleagues and the people of Wisconsin on the issues facing all of us,” Murphy said.
Murphy plans to prioritize coverage of pre-existing conditions in health care coverage, achievement in K-12 and higher education schools, and increased growth in our economy.
