MADISON — The Democratic Party of Wisconsin will hold its annual State Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on June 1 and 2 at the Potawatomi Hotel. Convention attendees will hear speeches from Wisconsin’s Democratic leaders and celebrate Democratic victories of 2018 and prepare for the battles of 2020. Governor Tony Evers will deliver the convention’s keynote address on the evening of Saturday, June 1.

Convention delegates will also vote for new Party leadership on Sunday, June 2, where they will select a new Chair, Vice Chair and Second Vice Chair to lead the Democratic Party of Wisconsin for the next two years.

3:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Speeches by Party office candidates

6:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Speeches by Democratic leaders, statewide elected officials and Keynote from Governor Tony Evers

Sunday, June 2

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Voting for Party office

Approximately 1:15 PM: Announcement of election winners
