“Today, on the day when hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers are marching in Washington, D.C. to protect life, I sent a meeting request to Attorney General Josh Kaul to understand how he is prepared to defend Wisconsin pro-life laws which are challenged by Planned Parenthood,” shared Heather Weininger, Wisconsin Right to Life Executive Director.

“Wisconsinites need to have an answer from him about how he will work to defend the state of Wisconsin against Planned Parenthood. I’m hopeful that I will be able to gain an answer from him in person.

“During the 2018 campaign, Attorney General Josh Kaul was endorsed by Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin. If the current laws being challenged are overturned and Planned Parenthood is able to perform chemical abortions at all of their 21 locations, that simply gives them excess revenue to support candidates like Governor Evers and AG Kaul in future elections – both of whom are vehemently pro-death.
“Planned Parenthood’s lawsuit clearly states they are unable to expand their business of killing the unborn because they cannot find enough doctors to perform abortions. The only thing standing in their way of more profit are the pro-life laws that they are challenging.

“I’m hopeful that Attorney General Kaul will see the clear conflict of interest which exists in him defending laws when the plaintiff in the case is one of his top campaign endorsements.”
