Conservative author and commentator, Ben Shapiro, will headline the Wisconsin Right to Life Education Fund Dinner and Auction on Thursday, May 16, 2019.
“Recent events have shown just how radical abortion advocates and their friends in the Democrat party are,” said Heather Weininger, executive director of Wisconsin Right to Life, “From abortion through all nine months of pregnancy to infanticide, Democrats and abortion advocates have a deadly agenda that is completely out of touch. The vast majority of Wisconsin residents are appalled by this abortion extremism. Our goal is to work with the people of Wisconsin to build a culture in our state that respects all innocent human life. Funds raised at the Education Fund Dinner and Auction will help us build Wisconsin for life.”
Ben Shapiro is the author of several best-selling books including his latest, The Right Side of History: How Reason and Moral Purpose Made the West Great. In addition, Mr. Shapiro is the editor of The Daily Wire news site as well as the host of the popular podcast, The Ben Shapiro Show. The Wisconsin Right to Life Education Fund Dinner and Auction benefits the work of the WRTL Education Fund, including:
Emergency Grants so pregnant women facing immediate financial crisis can choose life;
Life Summer Camp, a week of traditional camp fun where teens also learn rhetoric, debate, and logic, enabling them to effectively share their pro-life beliefs;
Life on Campus, which provides college students with grant monies to spread the truth about life on their campuses;
Legislative efforts to protect unborn children, newborns, the elderly, and people living with disabilities or serious illness.
