Foy.
“Proven, consistent and valuable outcomes for our students and employer partners make me confident that this investment would pay immediate dividends for communities throughout the state,” Foy said. “The Governor’s proposal is a very important start to 2019-2021 budget deliberations, and we look forward to working with the Governor and the Legislature in the weeks ahead.”
