Parties shift to online voter outreach amid coronavirus pandemic

Both political parties have shifted to focus on online voter outreach in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking this morning with reporters on a conference call, State Dem Party Chair Ben Wikler said he believes the change can have a “dramatic and significant impact” on turnout ahead of the April 7 election. Gov. Evers: Directs DHS to prohibit mass gatherings of 50 people or more

Tony Evers today directed Department of Health Services (DHS) Secretary-designee Andrea Palm to issue an agency order prohibiting mass gatherings of 50 people or more statewide to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
