Presumptive Dem presidential nominee Joe Biden and U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders are among those who will deliver messages to the state party’s virtual convention on Friday. Gov. Evers: Announces $40 million in financial assistance to hospitals to help with COVID-19 losses

MADISON – Gov.
