Palzewicz campaign: Suicide and mental health disorders major problems

Brookfield, WI –  Suicide is the second-leading cause of death for America’s youth. Overall it is the tenth leading cause of death, and each day 20 veterans die by suicide. Democrat Tom Palzewicz, a U.S. Navy veteran, running for the Fifth Congressional District seat, understands that our healthcare system needs revision to turn that trend around. There is a stigma attached to those suffering from mental health issues, and many who need care do not have access to care because of financial constraints.   The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) defined mental health treatment as essential. “Healthcare is a human right and

American Bridge 21st Century: Trump’s nothingburger health care plan

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump will declare Thursday that it is “the policy of the United States” to protect people with preexisting conditions, while also suing to toss out current preexisting condition protections. At the same time, the White House has joined a lawsuit brought by 20 Republican-led states attempting to repeal the entire Affordable Care Act, which bans insurers from denying coverage or jacking up prices on people with preexisting

Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors: Adopts resolution expanding access to polling locations

Milwaukee – The Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors approved a proposal from Supervisor Eddie Cullen to allocate $28,000 for expanded bus service on Election Day and supplement a social media campaign educating bus riders on transit options to polling locations. “It is unmistakable that voting is essential to a functioning democracy,” said Supervisor Cullen. “But only 61% of Milwaukee County residents cast a ballot in the 2016 presidential election; a far lower turnout than in Waukesha and Dane counties. We must ensure that all eligible voters have equitable access to the ballot in what may be the most consequential election in

Latinos for Trump: Joe Biden is a puppet of the Castrochavistas who control his party

President Donald Trump’s visit to Doral today is a good opportunity to contrast his achievements for Hispanic Americans with Joe Biden’s record of betraying our communities. While President Trump has delivered record-breaking prosperity for Hispanic Americans and strongly proclaimed that America will never be a socialist or communist country, Joe Biden has proven himself to be a puppet of the Castrochavistas who control the Democrat Party.  Biden has pledged to be “one of the most progressive presidents in American history.” Hispanics know exactly what “progresista” means—and we do not want that garbage ideology in America. Biden refuses to say whether he will do in America the same thing that Nicolás Maduro did in Venezuela and pack the Supreme Court
