WisGOP: Biden elector votes in Madison, despite “indefinite confinement”

[Madison, WI] – Yesterday, Democrats and Republicans gathered in Madison to cast their electoral votes. Among the Democrat Electors was Patty Schachtner, an outgoing state senator who appears to have fraudulently claimed she was “indefinitely confined” when voting absentee earlier this year. The Republican Party of Wisconsin has repeatedly raised this issue with the courts about the abuse of these laws, even well before November’s election. Casey Foundation: Releases data & recommendations on COVID-19’s dire impact on Wisconsin families

The report identifies pandemic pain points, indicators that show families struggling with economic stability, food security, health insurance access and mental health in all 50 states. Here is some topline data for your state: Nearly one in eight (13%) reported that there was not enough to eat in their household in the last week, sometimes or always. Public Health Madison & Dane County: New order issued as COVID-19 cases decline in Dane County

Public Health Madison & Dane County has issued Emergency Order #11. The order goes into effect December 16, at 12:01am and will be in effect for 28 days.
