Election Day is just 7 days away, and we wanted to make sure you know that the Alliance for Retired Americans has endorsed Mark Pocan for re-election to Wisconsin’s 2nd congressional district.
Pocan earned a 100% pro-retiree score in the Alliance’s annual Congressional Voting Record. He has shown that older Wisconsinites are a priority.
- He has protected our earned Social Security and Medicare benefits from cuts;
- He is working to increase Social Security benefits by making the wealthy pay their fair share into the system; and
- He has shown that he will take on the wealthy drug corporations and fight to require Medicare to negotiate lower drug prices
The coronavirus pandemic has shown how important it is to have leaders in Washington who understand the needs of older Americans. The stakes have never been higher.
