Today, following President Donald Trump’s rally in Wisconsin, Biden for President Wisconsin State Director Danielle Melfi released the following statement:
“While Wisconsin set a daily record of more than 2,000 new positive COVID-19 cases — and with numerous Wisconsin cities now having some of the fastest-growing caseloads in the country — President Trump hosted a rally with little-to-no social distancing. We are eight months into this pandemic and Trump still has no plan to get it under control. The contrast with Joe Biden could not be more clear — he has the empathy to help our country heal, and the experience it will take to beat this virus, rebuild our economy, and build back better.”
