No Special Human Services Committee Meeting
Governor’s Orders Leads to Cancellation of Special Meeting
(Brown County, Wis.) – Brown County Corporation Counsel David Hemery is issuing the following statement regarding a special committee meeting next week:
“In light of the issuance of the Governor’s Emergency Order #1, and Executive Order #82, we will not be holding a special Human Services Committee Meeting prior to the regularly scheduled County Board of Supervisors Meeting on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.”
On Thursday, Governor Tony Evers declared a Public Health Emergency and issued an Emergency Order requiring individuals to wear face coverings when indoors and not in a private residence, with some exceptions.
