MADISON — Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA) Secretary Mary Kolar invites the community to join one of three roundtables on supporting Wisconsin veterans. Participants will have an opportunity to share their ideas and recommendations for the future funding of the department’s programs, benefits, and services.

“The benefits, programs, and services available to Wisconsin veterans contribute to improving the quality of life, and at times saving a life, for those who have served our nation in the armed forces,” said WDVA Secretary Mary Kolar. “We invite members of our communities, especially those who work with and support veterans, to share their input as we discuss these important programs and plan for the future.”

Secretary Kolar will be joined by Department of Administration Secretary Joel Brennan, Board of Veterans Affairs Chair Vern Larson, Council on Veterans Programs Chair Larry Hill, and WDVA Chief Financial Officer Jim Parker.

The three regionally focused virtual roundtables will be conducted on WebEx. No pre-registration is necessary.
