MILWAUKEE—Tonight at the 2020 Democratic National Convention, a new video highlighting Vice President Biden’s health care plan – centered around protecting and building on the Affordable Care Act – underscored how much better off the American people are when our leaders take on the tough challenges, instead of turning their backs.
Narrated by Jeff Bridges, the video brings us back to 2010, when the Obama-Biden Administration fought to pass historic legislation that made access to health care a right. Because President Obama and Vice President Biden didn’t give up, more than 20 million people today can take comfort in knowing that the Affordable Care Act will protect their families and loved ones, especially in the middle of a global pandemic.
