State Senator Mark Miller announced his endorsement today of De Pere Alderman Jonathon
Hansen to succeed his uncle, Sen. Dave Hansen, as the next State Senator for the 30th District.

Like Sen. Hansen, Sen. Miller has been a lion of the State Legislature over the past two decades.He was first elected to the Assembly in 1998, and then elected to represent the 16th State SenateDistrict in 2004 (which includes parts of Dane and Columbia counties). He served as Senate Minority Leader during the Act 10 protests and currently serves as Minority Caucus Chair. Sen. Miller is also a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Wisconsin Air National Guard.

Ald. Jonathon Hansen has already been endorsed by Sen. Dave Hansen, 8th Congressional
Candidate and State Rep. Amanda Stuck, and several local elected officials.
