MADISON — The campaign of Judge Jill Karofsky, candidate for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, announced today that it has gained the endorsement of Madison Teachers, Inc. and Coulee Region United Educators in southwestern Wisconsin.
“We feel Judge Karofsky is a strong candidate for this race, not only demonstrating her drive in the courtroom, but also as a triathlete,” said Andrew Waity, MTI President. “Her energy was contagious and we believe she is someone we want protecting civil and constitutional rights on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.”
“Our public educators and school employees are the backbone of Wisconsin’s tradition of strong public schools,” said Judge Karofsky. “I was educated in great public schools, and my children have been educated in great public schools. It’s an honor to have the support of these public school educators and staff.”
