Jason Church, candidate for Congress in Wisconsin’s Seventh District, released the following statement regarding Democrats like Rep. Ilhan Omar playing politics with our national security:
“Ilhan Omar and Democrats are playing politics with President Trump’s decisive action to combat terror. President Trump was right to take out Qassem Solemani. Many of my friends and colleagues sacrificed their lives protecting the world from the terrorism he incited.
“We need a new generation of conservative veterans in Washington who will stand with President Trump in ridding the world of terrorism. Career politicians make their decisions thinking of the next election but real leaders do what is best for our country. President Trump did this when he took out Qassem Solemani and I will help him in Washington. I will work with President Trump to fight terrorism and support our military who risk their lives to defend the safety of Americans, and the world.”
