The Jobs First Coalition is out with a TV ad that accuses Sara Rodriguez of “going Hollywood … Hollywood radical that is.”
The state party has had a string of successful fundraisers involving the casts of “The Princess Bride,” “Happy Days” and other shows. The spot shows actress Alyssa Milano as the narrator says Rodriguez invited “the silver screen’s loudest defund-the-police activist to help bankroll her campaign.” The spot then shows actress Debra Messing as the narrator says Rodriguez is endorsed by “another Hollywood radical” who wanted to defund the police and for conservatives to be outed and blacklisted.
“Reject Sara Rodriguez or she’ll bring Hollywood hate home to Wisconsin,” the narrator says to close the spot.
