Marinette, WI – Mike Kunesh, Republican, small business owner and candidate in the special election in Wisconsin’s 89th Assembly District, has received the endorsement of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association.  The Wisconsin REALTORS Association is the premier voice for real property rights and issues most important to the real estate industry statewide.

In a statement, Wisconsin REALTORS Association Executive President Tom Larson said, “As a REALTOR, Mike Kunesh knows just what it takes to hold the line on property taxes in the State Assembly. He has been a strong voice for fairness while working in his community, and is now taking the next step in public service for his family, friends, and neighbors. We applaud his goal of being a solutions-driven legislator, and are proud to endorse him for the recently vacated 89th Assembly District seat.”

“It is an honor to have received the endorsement of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association,” said Kunesh.   “A robust real estate market is essential to a strong Wisconsin economy.  Not only does the real estate market create housing opportunities for Wisconsin families, it creates jobs and contributes to the local tax base which benefits schools and our communities.  As your representative, I will always support policies which protect property ownership rights and lead to a better economic situation for Northeastern Wisconsin,” he concluded.

Kunesh has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, and has owned Place Perfect Realty in Marinette and Green Bay since 1999.  An active member in the real estate community in Northeastern Wisconsin, he has been a member of the Wisconsin REALTORS Association since 1999.
