Walworth, WI – New Campaign finance reports filed last night show that retired school teacher and candidate for Assembly District 31, Liz Lochner-Abel, outraised incumbent Amy Loudenbeck.

“I’m grateful for the overwhelming support I’ve received since announcing my campaign. The amount of grassroots support I have already received proves that I’m not the only one sick and tired of the bitter partisanship we see day in and day out in Madison,” said Liz Lochner-Abel. “Thanks to the support of so many hard-working Wisconsinites, we are building a campaign to send a leader to Madison who will truly represent and fight for our district – and who isn’t afraid to stand up to special interests or party leaders.”

Liz Lochner-Abel was a classroom teacher and coach for 37 years in Wisconsin public schools. Liz is a fourth-generation Wisconsinite. Liz and her husband have worked and raised their two daughters in Wisconsin’s 31st Assembly District.
