Today, the National Task Force on Election Crises held a briefing on Wisconsin’s presidential election and certification process. A recording of the briefing is available here.
Task Force experts Jennifer Morrell, Partner, Elections Group, and Adav Noti, Senior Director for Trial Litigation & Chief of Staff, Campaign Legal Center, were joined by guest expert Barry Burden, Professor of Political Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison, to offer insights on key questions surrounding Wisconsin’s election including:
