Madison… State Representative Tyler August (R-Lake Geneva) released the following statement regarding the recent announcement that Representative John Nygren is leaving the Assembly.
“Representative Nygren’s departure will leave big shoes to fill. As co-chairman of the Joint Finance Committee, Representative Nygren did an excellent job advocating for the citizens of Wisconsin.
I was honored to not only work with John over the years, but to also call him a friend. While it is a big loss for the legislature, I wish John the best in his next venture. I know for a fact he will excel at whatever awaits him in the future.”
