MADISON – Today, Rep. Stubbs (D-Madison) was virtually sworn in to the 2021-22 session of the Wisconsin State Assembly by Governor Tony Evers. Following the swearing in, Rep. Stubbs (D-Madison) issued the following statement:  

“I am honored to represent the constituents of the 77th Assembly District for a second term. As your Representative, I will continue to fight for equity across our state, and combat the public health crisis of racism. Together we can make Wisconsin a better place to live for everyone”

“Action by our elected leaders is needed now more than ever. I look forward to fighting for your needs, and the needs of our community. In my second term, I will continue to bring positive change into our State Capitol, and take lead on the issues that matter to you.”

Rep. Stubbs represents the 77th Assembly District, which includes the south and western parts of Madison, the Village of Shorewood Hills, and the University of Wisconsin.
