In response to CDBG-PF Project Award announcement, Senator Jeff Smith (D – Brunswick) released the following statement:
“Governor Evers’ Administration is committed to investing in western Wisconsin communities. This funding will go a long way to ensure we have safe roads to drive on and the proper infrastructure to keep our communities clean and healthy.
“During this pandemic, I know our local governments have had to make difficult budgetary decisions and stretch every dollar to support their residents. It’s encouraging to see these communities are getting the well-deserved recognition and support to make these necessary infrastructure improvements.”
