Wisconsin Dems hold their virtual state convention tonight starting at 7 p.m.

Presumptive presidential nominee Joe Biden and U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders will both deliver addresses at the event.

Others slated to make a virtual appearance include: Gov. Tony Evers, Lt. Gov. Mandela Barnes, U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, AG Josh Kaul, Treasurer Sarah Godlewski, and U.S. Reps. Ron Kind, Gwen Moore and Mark Pocan, according to a party tweet.

Some of the speeches will be pre-recorded, while others will be delivered live.

Dems narrowed the convention from a two-day in-person event to tonight’s nearly four-hour streamed session to prevent large crowds during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Party delegates will select four out of six candidates, two men and two women, to serve as the state party’s members on the Democratic National Committee.
