U.S. Supreme Court to discuss whether to take Trump appeal of election lawsuit

The U.S. Supreme Court will discuss at its Feb. 19 conference whether to take Trump’s appeal of the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruling that he waited too long to challenge various election procedures that were in place Nov. 3. Trump asked the high court in December to take the case and quickly rule, but the justices shot down the motion to expedite. So far, most of the parties in the suit, including President Joe Biden, have waived their opportunity to respond to the request for the court to hear the case. UW-Madison: Second round of emergency Covid-19 financial aid coming for students

UW-Madison is continuing its commitment to support our most financially vulnerable students during this global pandemic.
