Adam Neylon (R-Pewaukee) joined his Assembly Colleagues in voting to terminate Governor Evers’ State of Emergency and statewide mask mandate. “Today I voted in favor of Senate Joint Resolution 3, to put a stop to Gov. Evers’ continuous executive overreach. The fact of the matter is a Wisconsin Governor does not have the legal authority to extend an emergency order beyond 60 days unless the legislature votes to extend it.
