Agrace Adds Pline and Truehl to Foundation Board

MADISON, Wis. – Agrace has appointed Kathy Pline and Scott Truehl to its Foundation’s board of directors. A nonprofit health care organization, Agrace provides non-medical personal care, supportive (palliative) care, hospice care and grief support to people across southern Wisconsin. The Agrace Foundation Board guides its fundraising, helping to meet the organization’s current and future needs.

Kathy Pline

Kathy Pline, of Lake Mills, Wis., is vice president of operations at DeWitt LLP, where she oversees the operations leadership of the law firm. She joined DeWitt in March 2021 after seven years as executive director at Boardman Clark LLP in Madison. Pline has more than 25 years’ experience in business relations, project management, finance and staff career development.

Scott Truehl

Scott Truehl, of Stoughton, Wis., has more than 30 years of construction and development experience. Truehl is executive vice president and partner of Friede & Associates Construction in Reedsburg, Wis., and served as its director of development for three years prior to being promoted to his current position in 2001. In addition to serving on Agrace’s board, Truehl is also a member of the national inclusion, diversity and equity committee of Associated Builders and Contractors.

“The leadership experience Kathy and Scott bring to the Foundation Board will help us continue supporting the growing need for Agrace’s services,” said Marcia Whittington, chief development officer. “The work of the Agrace Foundation helps ensure that Agrace can care for people in southern Wisconsin who are aging, seriously ill, dying or grieving, regardless of who they are or whether they can pay.”
