No Better Friend Corp., a non-profit run by businessman and Marine Corps veteran Kevin Nicholson, is kicking off its “Backing the Badge and Building Bridges Tour” with the first event in New Berlin, Wisconsin, on Saturday, April 24. The event will serve as a forum for law enforcement professionals to speak openly about the challenges they face and map out a path forward – while giving the community the opportunity to learn.

The first “Backing the Badge and Building Bridges” event will include a lineup of high-profile speakers including: former Milwaukee Police Chief Alfonso Morales, former Madison Police Chief Michael Koval, former Milwaukee Alderman Bob Donovan, WI State Senator Van Wangaard, and a number of other law enforcement professionals.

Kevin Nicholson, Volunteer President & CEO of No Better Friend Corp., released the following statement:

“Over the past few years law enforcement professionals across our state and nation have faced relentless scrutiny, criticisms, and challenges. We at No Better Friend Corp. think it’s time we give our law enforcement members a platform to openly talk about the challenges that they face on an ongoing basis – and map out a path forward that keeps our communities safe, and puts law enforcement professionals in the best position to succeed.

I’m incredibly proud of our lineup. Our event will be a great opportunity for the public to hear from some remarkable leaders, show their support for law enforcement, and share ideas on how we can improve community relationships – and move forward.”
