The eastbound Madison Beltline (US 12/18) ramp to northbound Fish Hatchery Road will be closed starting 7 p.m. Monday (April 26) until the evening of Monday, May 3. Motorists must use alternate local routes during the closure.
The Beltline ramps at Todd Drive and the eastbound Beltline ramp to southbound Fish Hatchery Road will reopen on Monday night (April 26).
The ramp closure and work operations are weather dependent and subject to change.
This construction project – scheduled for completion in December 2021 – is improving the Madison Beltline inside median shoulders for use as an additional travel lane during peak traffic periods from east of the Whitney Way exit to the I-39/90 interchange. The Flex Lane is anticipated to open in late 2021 or early 2022.
