MADISON — The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs has joined forces with the Madison Veterans Council to host a Veterans Day ceremony in the Wisconsin State Capitol this year. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 am and conclude with a moment of silence at 11:00 am.  We’d be honored if you would join us.

For those unable to attend but who wish to watch the ceremony, it will air LIVE on the Wisconsin Eye at WisEye.org/live.

Also, please visit www.WisVetsVeteransDay.com for video messages from WDVA Secretary Mary Kolar and Governor Tony Evers, watch the presentation of the Wisconsin Woman Veteran of the Year award, and learn how you can share your veteran story, photos, and more.

Thank you for joining us as we celebrate Wisconsin’s veterans and their service and sacrifice to our nation.
