-- Rep. Gordon Hintz said he's stepping down as Assembly minority leader next month to have a better balance between time in his Oshkosh area district and Madison.
Hintz was first elected to the Assembly in 2006 and has been minority leader since former Rep. Peter Barca, D-Kenosha, stepped down from the post in 2017 amid pressure from some in his caucus that he backed the Foxconn subsidy package.
