Madison, WI – State Senator Dan Feyen (R-Fond du Lac) released the following statement after Governor Tony Evers’ 2021 State of the State Address:
“As we turn the calendar to 2021, I believe there are brighter days ahead for Wisconsin. In the State Senate, my number one priority is Wisconsin’s economic recovery. COVID-19 has taken its toll on Wisconsinites, from Main Street to our schools, factories, and farms. But, we are working hard to ensure Wisconsinites will have the tools and resources to recover and thrive.
We need to focus on safely returning our kids to school, keeping our businesses operating, and ensuring Wisconsin remains on solid financial footing.
As Assistant Majority Leader and Chairman of the Economic and Workforce Development Committee, I am ready and eager to tackle these challenges to help bring back Wisconsin’s economy stronger than ever.”
