“Although it is not perfect, the compromise COVID-19 bill is a good thing. It is important for us not to let the perfect be the enemy of the good. This compromise legislation prioritizes the health of our citizens and provides a lifeline to those who are out of work. Health care facilities and local businesses will receive assistance while we wait for people to be vaccinated. While everyone did not get everything they wanted in this bill, it provides much needed assistance for the people, businesses and health care facilities in Wisconsin.”
