STEVENS POINT, Wis. — After Racine County Sheriff Schmaling released the results of his office’s investigation surrounding absentee ballots at long-term care facilities, Senate President Pro Tempore, State Senator, and candidate for Lieutenant Governor, Patrick Testin, released the following statement:

“What Racine County Sheriff Schmaling revealed today should infuriate every Wisconsinite and is irrefutable evidence of fraud in the 2020 election. The Wisconsin Elections Commission broke the law, single-handedly unsecured our election, and allowed the most vulnerable among us to be taken advantage of.

“Attorney General Kaul must investigate these findings on a statewide basis—Wisconsinites demand and are owed answers. The members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission need to publicly answer for these crimes and any member that continues to stand by these decisions must resign. Furthermore, Administrator Meagan Wolfe has lost the trust of Wisconsinites to serve as Chief Election Officer and her resignation or termination should occur immediately.”
