WASHINGTON, DC – Yesterday, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the House Judiciary Committee in an oversight hearing to provide updates on the work of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and to answer questions Committee Members have regarding the mission and actions of the DOJ.

Congressman Scott Fitzgerald (WI-05) used his alotted time to ask the Attorney General important questions about the politicization of the DOJ under the Biden Administration. Specifically, Congressman Fitzgerald asked questions about the treatment of Special Counsel Durham’s probe into the Clinton Foundation and the treatment of parents who bravely speak up for their children’s eduation at public school board meetings.
