WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Tammy Baldwin and Ron Johnson announced today their agreement to recommend to the White House two Wisconsinites for consideration to be U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin.

The candidates, Diane Schlipper and Sopen Shah, were recommended to the Senators by the bipartisan Wisconsin Federal Nominating Commission that has been established to provide recommendations for nominations during the 117th Congress for United States Attorneys and federal judicial positions.
